The customer is experiencing below issue and needs your help.
Customer is debugging the inverter circuit of DRV8353RH.
Driver IC：DRV8353RH
MOSFET：IRF530NS
Main parameters：
Vds: 100V
Id: 17A
Rds(on) : 90mOhm
Qg: 37nC
Ciss: 920pF
Crss: 19pF
His configuration is as follows：
MODE = 6PWM （0ohm ground）
VDS = 1V（18kohm to DVDD）
GAIN = 20V/V （floating）
He configured IDRVIE but it doesn't work. Vgs rise time is basically unchanged. It is about 53ns.
