What measures are taken against latch-up of DRV8847PWR?

Are there any concerns about latch-up when connecting the input terminal or nSLEEP terminal directly to the output terminal of microcomputer(controller) in a pattern?

This device is designed and manufactured to protect against latch-up. Latch-up is also tested as part of qualification.

Assuming the voltages do not violate the absolute maximum ratings, there are no concerns connecting the input terminal or nSLEEP terminal directly to the output of an mcu.
