We use drv11873 to control the brushless motor. When the motor starts up, the motor will shake violently. After the motor starts up, the speed will be normal.We need your help to analyz this problem.In the green frame, the speed feedback of the motor can be read at the moment when the motor starts. After the motor starts shaking, it will normally enter the operation mode.
2.We find the following description in the datasheet;
But compared to other products that use drv11873, our startup time is longer;We want to find a corresponding debugging method to improve this problem.
Thank you very much
Hi,
Thanks for posting your question in E2E. Looks like the two image links you uploaded are broken. Can you upload them again to understand your question better?

Vishnu.
Hi,
Did you get a chance to upload the images? Were you able to solve the problem?

Hi,
Thanks for uploading the images. Looks like the speed overshoots at the start. I have a few follow up questions to diagnose this problem.
1. What is the base electrical frequency of your motor?
2. Is FS pin pulled high or low?
3. Is the speed controlled using PWM input or Vcc?
4. How much is your Vcc voltage?
As a side note, please make sure you follow all the detailed design procedure in section 9.2.2 in the datasheet.

Vishnu
