Hello

The component DRV8833 is in sleep mode.
I am trying to make a high-impedance measurement to detect a loudspeaker.
The "off-state leakage current" is given in the datasheet as +/ -1uA.

In my design the current is around 12uA.

Why am I measuring this difference?
If I lift the two pins 2 and 4 (broken contact), my measurement is OK.

In the datasheet, it specifies that the off-state leakage current will be +/- 1uA at VOUT = 0 V. What voltage are you using for VOUT to take the measurement?

The voltage is nominal 1.9V (Resistor Dividider).

Hi Pirmin,

Sorry for the delay. There is a leakage path when DRV8833 is in sleep mode. To avoid a false open load detection, we recommend changing the resistor divider and/or changing the comparator reference voltage.
