Thanks for posting your question in E2E forum. Your schematic looks different from the Application schematic shown in Chapter 9 in the datasheet linked here. Can you check your schematic again? I don't quite understand about the stop time difference you mentioned. Does the motor even start?

Thank you for the reply, the Application schematic shown in Chapter 9 in the datasheet is the internal structure of the I.C. The circuit design is according to your Typical Application 9.2., please recheck.

Attached the video for your reference, the motor start stop frequently, but only during the input voltage 7.10 - 7.15, higher or lower voltage have no problem, we wonder?  But we need to use such voltage range.

Difference motor, the start stop voltage is difference, some is 7.45 - 7.48V.

The Application schematic in Chapter 9 figure 13 is not the internal schematic of the IC. TI doesn't provide internal schematic of ICs.  In your schematic, I see V5 pin connected to PWMIN and Vcc connected to V5 which is not how it is shown in the Application schematic . I see so many differences when I compare your schematic with the Application schematic.  Again, please check your schematic with the Application schematic in Chapter 9.

V5 pin connected to PWMIN only, not VCC.  VCC connect to 12V.  

For exemption, some other IC may report the Frequency dead zone like this, as we see these instructions, we will avoid these problems when using.
