Using the Figure 9 (datasheet) setup for a fast high-side p-channel driver
UC2625 settings:
PWM: 200kHz
Period: 7us
Current command (To pin 1): 3.0V
Motor V: 36V
Rsense: 10mOhm
Issue: Lose PWM after 2.7V current command. RMS current to motor peaks at 15Arms. Able to cycle a couple times. PUA, PUB, PUC fail short multiple times costing a lot of money.
Please help ASAP
