Hi Rick
I would like to ask when the motor is at high speed hoe slow decay can be optimaze4d for the inductance BFM ,
is any methid to control slow decay without loosing synchronism from the motor.

Hi Albert,
What do you mean "optimized for the inductance BFM"?
What type of motor?
What PWM frequency do you intend to use?
hi Rick
Sorry for the confusion , let me rephrease , How we can control Slow Decay using RESETAB RESET_CD the stepper motor loose sychronization .
Regards
Albert
Hi Albert,
RESET_AB/CD is not used to control slow decay. When RESET_AB or RESET_CD is low, the outputs are disabled. This acts like asynchronous fast decay.
To use slow decay the outputs should remain enabled, and switch from H/L or L/H to LL.
This is controlled at the PWM inputs.
