hello Adam,

please I have a question for the sinusoidal commutation. my current source to supply the driver is continuous. does the driver convert to sinusoidal current? if yes, how he does it?

And why we need 3x PWM signals?

Hello,

The Brushless motor driver uses DC input current and will switch the output so that the motor is driven sinusoidal.

3x pwm signals are needed because traditionally brushless motors have three phases which each must be driven independently.
