DRV8860: Does DRV8860 has the internal pull down resistor for the gate driver circuit

Dear Team,

I have a customer who is looking for a driver which can driver inductive load, they found that DRV8860 maybe a good solution, but they are asking about is there any pull-down resistor for the internal driver circuit?

They are asking this because this is related to the response time, can you help me to check from the designer side? Thanks.

Hi Sean,

We do not the information requested, but may be able to provide other information to assist the customer.

What response time does the customer want?

Is the customer looking for the toff (time from latch rising to hi-z)?

The datasheet provides the tf (fall time).
