DRV2511-Q1: AVDD, PVDD power up sequence

Hi team,

Could you advise any power up/down sequence requirement between AVDD and PVDD?

Is there any issue if accidentally one of the supply(AVDD or PVDD) is lost while the other is still supplied?

    Hi, Shinji,

    There are no sequence requirement between these two power supply pins. I would only suggest to have both of them in the recommended operating conditions specified in the datasheet. In addition, ensure that both supplies are stable and there are no high ripple level.

    In case any of these power supplies are removed while the other supply is working, I would recommend to power down the device entirely and power up again. This will ensure that the device is completely enabled again. We have no history of issues caused by incidents like this, but this is a good practice to ensure that the device will work correctly.
