Hi team,
Can I make two Buck converters using DRV8874? It seems that I can control two half bridges separately in independent half-bridge control mode.

Naizeng,
Literally, you can. But, DRV8874 was designed for driving a motor (high noise condition). To filter out the input noise, DRV8874's input has an internal synchronization circuit which could cause the duty cycle jittering at output.
If you want to small ripple at the output (small duty cycle jittering), you may want to check DRV8800/1; DRV8844; DRV8412 or DRV8432.
