Yes, the supply and outputs are at 5 vdc.
The outputs can be connected to the three inputs of connector J5 or is it necessary to adapt them to 3.3 Vdc with a logic level converter?

You may power the halls with 3.3V and check if it works without modification first.

I have tried with 3.3 V but it does not work, they always stay at a high level.
From 3.8 V they already switch from high to low level. I will install a 5V / 3.3V logic converter.

In my understanding, you should be able to power the halls "RD" with 5V and the 3.3V pull up on the EVM (through R29/R30/R31) will control the HIGH voltage of the hall outputs. Then when the hall sensor becomes active the output will be pulled low.

Is this what you are seeing?

Hi Adam,

I have tried to feed them to 3.3V through J5 but they do not change state but without connecting it to the pcb.
I have been testing with an external power supply to see that the voltage begins to change.

So do you think I can connect the hall outputs even if they operate at 5V on J5?

Do you think the resistors will be able to reduce the voltage to the proper input levels or are they calculated for a 3.3V level?

It would be best to check this with your motor manufacturer.

Most hall elements have a power supply (such as your 5V) and then the hall output is separate. The hall sensor output is high impedance when the hall sensor is not active (the 3.3V pullup will bring the hall signal to 3.3V) and when the sensor becomes active, it will pull down the 3.3V  and hold the hall output at 0V.
