DRV110: High Freq Oscillation During Off Period in TINA-TA Model

Hi, When trying to model a circuit with this chip in TINA-TI, the chip is high freq cycling the current control FET when it's supposed in the "OFF" part of the PWM control. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

Hi Ian,

That's an issue with the external FET model, doesn't work with DRV110 TINA model.

The work around is to use "DRV110 TINA-TI Reference Design" , you can modify all the external components except the FET
