DRV8306: Recommended External Components values and connections

Part Number: DRV8306

Hi Team,

My customer has some questions about Correct TI Recommended External Components values and Power pad connection as following.

1. 47nF is recommended as a capacitor between CPL and CPH in "Layout Guidlines" of the data sheet, but it is 22nF in the description of other pages. Which is correct?

2. In the upper part of the "Functional Block Diagram" of the data sheet, the capacitor between VM and GND is set to 1uF, but in the other pages 0.1uF is recommended. Which is correct?

3. Are the AGND, PGND, and power pads connected inside the device?
If not (I believe so, AGND and PGND is separated inside the device and need to be connected output of device at a point), Where and how does the Power pad need to be connected(There is no description in the datasheet...)?
