DRV8848: Cannot get GUI Composer Runtime

Download from web option fails. I searched the solution in a locked topic, but that solution does not work for me. I don't get the download icon. I get this:

Why won't my stinking screen shots post? They insert into the edit box fine but are then gone after posting.

Hi David,

Please save your screen shot to a file, then attach the image using either the insert media or insert file option.

Well I tried that but it still doesn't show up. When I try to re-edit that post I see an icon like it thinks something is there that is missing, but that doesn't show except in the edit view.

Can someone maybe just tell me where I can get the GUI Composer V2 runtime? Or maybe fix the site the install program attempts to access over the internet that does not work?
