Hi Team,
The customer uses a multimeter to test that DRV_GLB is 0.55V for the body diode inside the VGLS driver chip. But now it is 0.18V, it is not normal. After confirmation, the internal diode of the driver chip is broken. Customer would like to know what causes this happened?
