I would like to ask if it is essential to have vias in the pad of DRV8320H for correct functional (parametric) operation.
Also, I would like to ask if it is recommended that vias in pad are used for optimal thermal performance, with the following operating condition:
Solenoid loads
Three independent Half-bridges (6 MOSFETs with Qg = 38 nC)
VM = 28 V
IDVDD = 300 uA
f(pwm) = 25 kHz
T(ambient) = 80(degC)
