Motor Driver issues

Greetings!!!!

i am using the H-Bridge constructions with upper side P-Channel FET and Lower N-Channel FET  and Motor supply is 60VDC, PMDC Motor

For the forward motor direction controlling the upper left side P-Channel ON and lower N-Channel FET is controlled with PWM according the speed requirement

But if the Duty Cycle is less then 55% then observing the back EMF current flowing through MOSFET  3 (P-Channel) Body diode and the FET is Heating MOre

Channel 3 is the body diode current of the P-Channel FET (3) and channel 2 is the PWM applied to the MOSFET 4

What are the options available to reduce the negative current spikes across the MOSFET 3 (Upper right side P-channel FET)
