DRV8873-Q1: VM Operating Supply Current

Hello,

I'd like to ask some questions about IVM - VM operating supply current of DRV8873S-Q1 under the other test conditions than those of data sheet.

  • Can the IVM values be different from what are specified in the data sheet if DISABLE = 1?
    • If they can be different, what will the values under DISABLE = 1 likely be?
  • How much will the IVM change (Min/Max values) over a VVM range from 10 to 16 V and the full temperature range (TA = -40 to 125 °C)?

    Yes, IVM can be different, but we do not have this data.

    The data shows the min could be as low at 3mA and the max as high as 5.5mA. Please note these are estimated values.
