Is there test data for Expected life time on DRV8323SRTAR?

If have the data, please let me know about test condition of Supply voltage and temperature together.

By the way, is DRV8323SRTAR set to sleep mode (Enable: Low) become long life time?

I found quality and reliability information.

Life time is mention that 100k hour on 105℃ condition.

Additional question, is above life time depend on Enable pin High or Low setting?
