For clarification, are you referring to the maximum PWM frequency that can be applied to IN1/IN2?

Sravan,

Assuming you are referring to PWM frequency, the maximum recommended frequency is ~100kHz. What is the desired PWM frequency and min duty cycle you plan to use?
