DRV8873: Initial SPI Configuration Required

Hi ,

Iam using DRV8873SPWPR SPI based rotary driver for my project.

In that is there any initial SPI Configuration needed for testing the output signals?

Or can we get output without any SPI configuration and only by setting IN1 and IN2 input signals ?

Hi Monisha OM,

Assuming you are using PWM mode and the default settings are acceptable, the outputs can be driven.

Please note if you do not need the SPI function, the DRV8873HPWPR is also available.

I want to test SPI also. But i cant able to enable SPI configuration. Do you have any sample code?
