DRV8350: the value of Vgsh, Vgsl and Ivm when Vvm=17V±5%

Hi Team

Regarding to the DRV8350 device,

My customer wants to use it when Vvm is 17V±5%.

So my customer asked about the value of Vgsh, Vgsl(min., typ. and max.) and Ivm(typ. and max.) when Vvm=17V±5%.

Since in the datasheet, the value of Vgsh, Vgsl is only given in Vvm=15V, and Ivm is only given when Vvm=48V,

Is it able to get the value of Vgsh, Vgsl(min., typ. and max.) and Ivm(typ. and max.) when Vvm=17V±5% ?

If not, could you tell me how to infer the value by using the already-known information?

Since I didn't find any formula and graph to be able to calculate or to infer , it will be appreciate if you could tell me how can I get the above information.

Thanks for posting on the MD forum!

VGSH and VGLS statistics for any VM higher than 15V will be equal to the 15V line item in the datasheet, really we should have marked that line item as "VM greater than or equal to 15V".

I need to check on the IVM at 17V, I will get back to you later today/tomorrow.

For IVM across supply range, please check Figure 2. VM Supply Current Over Supply Voltage in the datasheet.
