Download the motorControlSDK from the link below, and install the software. You might find the "is13_fwc_mtpa" lab at the folder (\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_<version>\solutions\boostxl_drv8320rs\f28004x\ccs\sensorless_foc), refer to the instaSPIN lab guide (at ti\c2000\C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_<version>\solutions\common\sensorless_foc\docs) to implement the field weakening control in your project.
