Problem Description
When we design the circuit with DRV8313PWPR, we refer to the DEMO board and use the circuit design in the attachment, but we found that the current in the DRIVER_GND signal cannot be detected correctly during testing. We found the following three unexplainable phenomena in further testing.
1. Refer to the circuit diagram in the attachment, remove the resistors R23 and R17, and disconnect the chip 12, the drive motor should not work, but the fact is that the motor can still rotate normally after we do this. We want to know the DRIVER_GND signal except for these points Are there other grounding paths outside, and why the motor can still work after doing so. How should we correct this problem.
2. When we connect PGND1, PGND2, and PGND3 to ground through 1Ω resistors, and connect the U, V, and W phases to 2.5V, 2.5V, and 1.5V respectively, we find that the voltage of PGND3 to ground is positive, while PGND1 and PGND2 pair The ground voltage is negative, why does this happen?
