DRV8323: BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS only one current sense is working

Part Number: DRV8323
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5529,

Hello,

I am using the DRV8323 with the BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS development board on an msp430f5529. It is connected to a 12v power supply. I created a Y-resistor network for debugging purposes (each leg is 2.5 ohms all connected). I setup the PWM to be 0V on one leg, 6v on the other two legs. I used the oscilloscope to check that this is working as expected.

When I check the current sensors I get the following:

It looks like the current sensor is only working properly on one leg. When I swap the output leads, the leg that is correctly working will switch to a different current sensor. Any help is greatly appreciated.
