I accessed the EVM-card design files via Altium design, but I could not access the library. Is the DRV8353R altium library available?

Thanks for posting on the MD forum!

Check the Design & Development section, CAD/CAE Models, click the View Options under the download heading.

This will launch Ultra Librarian and you can pick the format of the symbol/footprint that you would like to download.
