    Hi Stone,

    It is difficult to recommend one optimal MOSFET since it is dependent on your application specifications. For example, the input power supply, output current, desired slew rate, etc. If you can provide the input power supply and desired output current of your application, I can point you in the right direction where you can start choosing the MOSFETs.
