DRV8873-Q1: nSCS Pin Internal Pull-Up Resistance Value

Hello,

In my previous post, I got roughly 350 kΩ as the Min value of DRV8873S-Q1's nSCS pin internal pull-up resistor (R_PU,nSCS), but what about its Max value? Could you give me a rough estimate?

Yokota,

The maximum nSCS pull-up resistor is about 560kohm. Why do they need this parameter?

Could you provide me with the estimated Min and Max values of internal pull-up/-down resistors of these pins, too?

EN/IN1's internal pull-down resistor
PH/IN2's internal pull-down resistor
DISABLE's internal pull-up resistor

Yokota-san,

EN1/IN1; PH/IN2 pin internal pull-down resistor range is from 75k to 114kohm.

DISABLE pin internal pull-up resistor range is from 80k to 120kohm.
