DRV8880: Tri level pin resistance range

M0, M1, and TOFF are tri level pins. The data sheet provides a nominal pull up resistor of 45K and a pull down of 40K. Is there a min and max guaranteed range on these values?

    Charles,

    On the ATE program, the pull-down resistor test limit min and max values are 30kohm and 50kohm. I would think the pull-up resistor has same tolerance range. So, the pull-up resistor min and max value could be 35k to 55kohm.
