That depends on the spec. of the motor, PWM frequency, and CPU frequency. Yes, the instaspin-FOC should be able to spin a compressor motor up to the 1000Hz electrical frequency.

What is the PWM frequency and CPU frequency value, and motor frequency relationship?

Now,I developed system with TMS320F28054F,the CPU frequency is 60Mhz.How to control 1000Hz motor?For example,what is the PWM frequency?

The PWM frequency depends on the motor and power module, it's better to be 5~12kHz for an air-conditioner compressor. To use a higher PWM frequency if the motor needs to run a high frequency.
