Team,

Do we have H bridge integrated IC could achieve +/-12V voltage. The output current is 5A.

Now customer is using discrete solution.

    Hi Roy,

    Thank you for posting to the motor driver forum.

    Do the customer need automotive rated part? My suggestion below is assuming non-automotive. Please let me know if this is not the case.

    • DRV8874 - 37V max, 4.5V min, 6A peak max
      •  Has three control modes (independent half bridge, PWM, Phase/Enable)
      • contains integrated current sensing 
      • 200mohm (High-side + Low-side) RDS(ON)
