DRV8812: Internal pull-up / pull-down circuit

Hi,

In case of OPEN, please tell me the internal pull-up or pull-down status of each pin.
Which status is the pin in the red frame below, High or Low?
The data sheet did not describe the behavior of each pin in the case of Open processing.
We need this information in considering the circuit of the signal input and output.
Could you comment on each pin?

In open condition :
・APHASE
・AENBL
・AI0
・AI1
・BPHASE
・BENBL
・BI0
・BI1
・DECAY
・nRESET
・nSLEEP

Hi,

Thank you for posting to the motor drivers forum.

The logic signals have 100kΩ internal pull-down resistors. So in open condition, the logic signals will be pulled low.

I understand that the Logic input is pulled down by the OPEN.

I expected the pull-down resistor to be 33kΩ from the following contents of the data sheet.
Is the internal pull-down resistor of all logic input pins 100kΩ?

Hi Yusuke,

The input high current value does not give the total current going through the pull-down resistor. Other internal logic circuitry can also draw some current making it seem like the resistor should be lower than 100kohm. I hope this clears your doubts.
