It looks like you referenced the DRV8308 in the title and the DRV8301/2-HC-C2-KIT in the post.

Assuming you were talking about the DRV8308, I'd like to acknowledge that the DRV8308 isn't associated with the DRV830x-HC-C2-KIT. As such, the .step file available is only of the package. You can find it directly on the product page in the design & development section -> CAD/CAE symbols

If you were more interested in the complete manufacturing files for the DRV830x-HC-C2-KIT then I'll have to notify the owners of the kit to see what they have. To set some expectations, TI creates boards in Altium so we usually provide the designs within the altium project format, Gerbers, ODB++, etc. I have not heard of anyone who has the ability to export them as .step files (though I have heard specific versions of Altium have the capability). If this is your intended question, then I will let the team speak for what they have.
