DRV8424: Failed to Install DRV8424 GUI

Hi Sirs,

We keep getting installation problem of the DRV8424 GUI. The setup program keep sending message of "error getting URL" during installation.
Would you please provide tips to solve the problem?

Wayne,

The customer's network firewall could block the GUI composer installation. The workaround options:

1. Ask company's IT department to disable the firewall while install the GUI.

2. Move the computer to a network without firewall, home ...

3. Download the GUI composer to you location drive first. And then, select "install from file" option and put the location drive path to blank cell. .
