My customer would like to work around the GUI of DRV8847EVM and to control it using their own program either Python or LabVIEW. Do we have a guide on this? and they are hoping that there was some way to communicate with it over serial, or another form.

If customers want to control DRV8847EVM using their own control signals, they can remove the zero ohm resistors near the test points and add signals on the test points.
DRV8847EVM uses MSP430G2553IPW28R as a controller. I am not sure it can support python or labview. Would you start a new post to MSP430 forum to check if they can support?
