Hi Team,

For "Thermal Pad", "AGND" and "GND" are these pins connected internally?

    Tom,

    In figure 2 of the datasheet and the very bottom and middle of the block diagram, you can see that AGND and GND are internally connected together.  There is a layout example in figure 44 which shows that is recommended to also externally connect to a GND plane.  

    The thermal pad should also be connected to GND, but the exposed pad itself is electrically isolated and not internally connected to GND.
