I'm very sorry. last night Can't work ove 600 RPM .

So today I made Table. 5.

Now

CTRL 0x140

TORQUE 0x11C

OFF 0x030 : default

BLANK 0x080 : default

DRIVE 0xA95 : default

The maximum fstep is 250kHz.

Please check the output current. The motor may run too fast. The winding back EMF voltage is proportional to the motor speed and against the input voltage to limit the winding current go up. So, the motor speed cannot work ove 600 RPM.

BTW, the first post, RPM and pps calculation is correct. That give >1MHz fstep.

If you can increase the input voltage, that may help.
