DRV110: the precitsion of all kinds of parameter such as peak current, keep time, hold current

Part Number: DRV110

Hi:

Design parameter of  is as follows:

Peak current:5A

Peak time:68ms

Hold current:1.25A

the paramters of PCB are 40mOhn(R-sense), 300KOhn(R-PEAK),0.68uF(C-KEEP),0Ohn(Osc) with 8 pin DRV110. The power is 12V.

But in fact, its wave shape is as follows:(yellow is the wave between OUT and GND,blue is the wave of the current flowing load)

its peak time is 53ms, peak current is changed from 4.275A to 4.675A.

So, could  you give an idea about the precision of the parameter , what would inflence them?

the yellow ,at the cross of peak and hold, why is there a sudden change,is it normal?why? what would make it just a sudden change?

In the datasheet of DRV110,it looks like stable

Thank you very much!

Hope your early reponse!
