DRV8813: Using a heat sink, acceptable pressure

My customer has a question for DRV8813.

Now they are using DRV8813 with heat sink and the heat sink have to be put on DRV8813 with a certain level of pressure.

Do you have any data how much pressure DRV8813 package can allow?
