what diameter hole and distance between hole.

What do you mean "help plated hole with opposite side plate"?

The datasheet gives the thermal via size: 0.2mm; distance 1.2mm between vias

Help plated hole with opposite side plate mean thermal pad soldered through via hole. Soldering realize iron. Can used this technologies?

Hello!

This is not recommended. A standard reflow process using solder paste ensures a good connection between the exposed pad and the PCB.
