Part Number: DRV2624

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

DRV2624 this motor driver having 1.8V Internal Regulator, can I use for external low Power IC CH201 (1.8V, 0.2mAh supply).

As per  data sheet that should not connect with any external load, but for my application external load is very low consumption, so please clear the doubt??

    Hi, Manikandan,

    Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our products!

    Unfortunately, it is not recommended to connect this regulator to an external load or device. Even if the load is an ultra-low power consumption device/component, the addition of this component in the regulator path may affect the regulator behavior and, consequently, the DRV2624 electrical characteristics. So, we cannot suggest the use of this regulator as a power supply for external loads.
