My customer needs to know the Max. sleep current (parts variance) of the device at 12.6V and 50C.

Can you provide the above value as the datasheet only provide the typical value.

Viktorija,

Per the datasheet, the device will consume between 60 and 200uA with power supply of 4.4 to 45 V at TJunction = –40°C to 150°C.

Unfortunately this device is quite old and so we do not have validation data at your exact condition so we are unable to provide part-to-part variance information.
