Hi Team,

We have a customer installing the DRV8313EVM GUI. At item 7 of the User's Guide, under the Configure Proxy, the address and port are required. What should be the proxy address and port?

    Hello Danilo,

    The port and address are user's own determined by their machine and ISP. This could be determined by IP address and what server address is used to access the internet.

    If you don't know how to get those easily, we can do a work around as we're just trying to install the RTE. To do this, just use the NI LabVIEW Runtime Downloader: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-runtime.html 

    Select 2014 (not SP1), download it, and install it prior to the completing the GUI installation. This is because the GUI tries to download the runtime as part of the regular DRV8313 GUI installer and it doesn't have access to the internet without these settings.
