DRV2625: LED flashing on the device is not working

The LED on that is not flashing. I connected the powersupply to PIN1 and PIN 20 for 3.3 V and Pin 21 and Pin 22 for 5 V.

I also connected the power supply to both the Pins 1 (3.3V), 20 (GND), 21 (5V) and 22 (GND) and it still doesnt work.

I pressed on the touch buttons and I dont see the LEDs flashing as mentioned in the user guide
I need help with that and want to know if i am missing any steps.

    Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our products!

    The booster pack should enable the LED as you correctly mentioned since it just show that the device is fully powered on. If you power up the 3.3V supply and then the 5V supply (or vice versa), do you have the same results?

    Yes when we power up 3.3V supply and then the 5V supply , we get the same results.

    Hi, Vimeetha,

    The booster pack LED should be actually enabled as you mentioned. In case the booster pack is not working properly, it is probably that the MSP430 firmware is corrupted.

    If that's the case, you would need to configure the board as mentioned in the BoosterPack Demo Firmware Programming section.

    In case you are not able to get the programming tool, I would recommend to contact your local sales office in order to ask for a board product change. The BoosterPack should be programmed from factory.
