DRV8412: high impedance state

Part Number: DRV8412

Hi team,

My customer is trying to drive a stepper motor using the DRV8412. Their circuit is setup exactly like figure 16 in the datasheet.  The problem they have is that the output OUT_A does not follow PWM_A. It appears this output is set in a high impedance state. The device does not assert either OTWn or FAULTn, and they are driving the PWM_A with a 100KHz square wave.

They can’t find any short circuits. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

Connie
