Hello Team,

I want hall sensored based BLDC driver IC which has integrate MOSFET and which can support current up 2A to 3A and voltage upto 24V.

so the output from this IC would be direct phase and hall sensored connection to motor.

Thanks for your question!

DRV8306 is a gate driver which supports 24V and sensored trapezoidal control. Additionally we do have a device which will be released to TI.com within 1 month as prototype with integrated MOSFET and sensored trapezoidal control. I will send you a private message with more details.

Hi matt,

Thank you for suggestion but I want IC with integrated Mosfet ,similar to DRV10970 . This IC fits to our requirement only thing is it has low current limit of 1.5A we want 2A to 3A.

Can you suggest alternate to this IC.
