DRV8305: SPI register for DRV8305

Hi TI expert

According to DRV8305 datasheet, I have known that overcurrent, overtemperature can be set through SPI register.

Please help to confirm if it can be saved in memory so that I can use it next time, or it only set one time so I need to set up again when next using.

    Hi Thomas,

    DRV8305 does not have any non-volatile memory, so as soon as the part enters sleep mode or looses PVDD, all of the register settings are erased. You will have to read this information into the MCU over SPI to save it through a power down.
