I would like to estimate the junction temperature of the IC for thermal consideration.

Could you advise how to estimate the max power consumption of this device?

VDD=12V (battery)

Hello,

Estimating the power consumption can be difficult as it will vary per application. The best way would be to use the EVM and the desired load to measure the supply power and output power of the device and use the difference as the power dissipated in the junction temperature calculation.
