Hi all :

I use DRV8323RS+MOS to drive a PMSM. The circuit is as shown in the figure below. The configuration of the 8232 is 3x PWM Mode, Bidirectional Current Sense

if there is a way to get three-phase current when the two-phase high side MOS turn on with 100% pwm duty,

Hello and thanks for your question!

When two of the high sides are ON with 100% duty cycle, there is only one remaining low-side current sense amplifier capable of measuring the current. You will need dedicated in-line current sense amplifiers to measure the phase current (for example, INA240) because it can be placed in series with the motor. The DRV832x current sense amplifiers are only intended to be used as low-side current sensors.
